We shorted Worthington Industries on March 3, 2008 at $17.53. The
chart we are showing you does not reveal our analysis. We reserve
that for our students.
Worthington Industries (NYSE:WOR $17.07 03/07/08)
We also shorted Phillips Van Heusen again at $36.52. There is no
shame in re-entering a stock we have been stopped out of. Stops are
for profit or capital protection and must be used every day. Where we
set them depends on our penchant for taking risks. Earlier we said:
"That stock could drop to $29.30. If it does and we have not been
stopped out on the way there, our gain could be $8.80 or 22%." And
this is how we look at these trades. We find a setup. We try to find
a target. Then we take the plunge and try to extract what we can from
the Elliott Wave. Check us out at Hedge Hog University training
school if you don’t completely understand this.
