Hedgehog University Short Stock Profile

The Hedgehog University(HHU) is re-opening  at  the  Hedgehog.  I  will  
be posting the HHU  weekly  market  commentary  in  the  newsletter and 
building out a Hedgehog University section on the web site.  

Vimpel-Communications (NYSE: VIP - $33.71)

This is a Telecom stock. Here’s the group chart.

The group is looking like it might move down to make a double  bottom.  
Not  all  the  stocks  in  the  group  will make exactly the identical 
pattern, but there will usually be a general confirmation of the trend 
of the group.  

The stock with an envelope basically shows that it commenced an ascent 
in the third week of August 2007 and commenced a descent in the middle 
of January 2008.  Using our moving averagesand Elliott Wave  analysis, 
we think this stock could drop to $27 between February 15 and 26.
